Though some people might believe that building windows for vehicles is 'solely a man's job', we can prove otherwise today: our female production team possess the same window building abilities as our male employees. They work just as hard and build windows just as precisely. Here, we will show you some of the employees and apprentices who throw themselves into window production with a passion - and some of them have been doing this for several years. And when it comes to equal pay, the Cleff company may be well ahead of other players on the market; women are not at a disadvantage in this respect.
We especially appreciate our female employees' warm-hearted demeanour ... and in assembly processes which are particularly 'fiddly', they even often show more skill than their male colleagues.
'Womanpower' in the Cleff workforce – incidentally, it has been there for over 85 years.
