Suspension railway
This is not just the epitome of engineering design and technical pioneering spirit, but also the landmark of Wuppertal since 1901: the Wuppertal suspension railway. Enjoy a breath-taking view and a continuously changing view of the town when sitting in the bright blue carriages – through windows made by Cleff. After all, the entire functional glazing with the windscreen and rear window, side glass panes, flush window top-hung windows and partitions stem from our production, produced for the manufacturer of the “new suspension railway“: the company Vossloh-Kiepe/Stadler.
As a ”traditional Wuppertal manufacturer” of vehicle glazing, we are naturally proud that our products now accompany the ”Schwebebahn” on each journey it makes.
