In addition to occupational medicine, occupational safety and all related measures to prevent accidents at work are of central importance. To ensure occupational safety and health protection, meetings of the occupational safety committee (ASA) are held regularly. This occupational health and safety committee is a body of the company's occupational health and safety. In Germany, it is mandatory for companies with more than 20 employees. It also includes the company medical officer and our occupational safety specialist. The committee meets at least once quarterly and discusses all health and safety concerns - recommendations are proposed here, especially concerning risk assessment.
