Under the leadership of our sales manager Mrs. Anna Szal, the Cleff sales team is always taking on new challenges - flexibly, service-oriented and proactively. This is because Cleff projects often cover a comprehensive range of services: these include design solutions and manufacturing, accompanied by a high degree of safety aspects involving quality tests, verifications and standards. All this has to be coordinated together with customer communication, complex agreements and service. Almost every door, window or partition project is bearing these performance characteristics. The sales team sees itself as the interface between our development and production department, the work preparation department and the purchasing department - and of course the customer. Therefore, our sales staff must be true "all-rounders" - with high commercial, but also social and technical competence.
They are also language talents, because the team is fluent in English, French, Italian and Spanish.
You can already see the complexity that our five-person sales team faces with every project. A lot of time is spent on communication and consultation alone for each Cleff product. At the same time, the speed with which today's target markets operate has increased considerably. New trends and ever-changing requirements must therefore be recognised and implemented even faster - and with shorter project lead times.

Innovations, environmental issues and local public transport offer good perspectives for new technologies within the framework of increasing digitalisation could soon make the glass itself even more useful for the transmission of information or as entertainment for the passenger. Due to an increasing change in thinking about mobility, people will switch more to public transport in the future - and these vehicles will always need doors, windows and partitions. This trend is already becoming apparent in the enquiries from manufacturers. Our goal is clear: to build and maintain long-term business relationships with customers.
