Hosting and server log files
When you visit this website the web server processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type, referrer) in log files. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (secure and stable operation). The website is hosted by Application Park GmbH, Rheinlanddamm 201, 44139 Dortmund, Germany, on servers located in Germany; a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider. Log files are deleted after a short period unless they are needed to investigate a security incident.
Contact enquiries and contact form
You can contact us in various places. We use the information transmitted (title, name, e-mail, phone, customer number, message) exclusively to process your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR; where consent is given, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Transmission is encrypted (TLS). We store the data until your request has been fully processed or you ask us to delete it, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Applications
Application documents sent to personal@cleff-wpt.de are processed to carry out the application procedure (§ 26 BDSG, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). After completion of the procedure the data is deleted no later than six months afterwards unless you have consented to longer storage.
Cookies
This website uses only technically necessary cookies or storage functions (e.g. for language selection). No tracking or marketing cookies are set without your consent. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser at any time.
Fonts
The fonts used on this website are served locally from our server. No connection is made to third-party servers (e.g. Google Fonts).
Your rights as a data subject
You have the following rights with regard to your personal data: right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).
