At Carl Wilhelm Cleff we hold all relevant certificates that modern development and production require. They make processes traceable, increase efficiency, product quality and schedule reliability, and reduce complaints. We therefore use certifications and standards not merely as a mandatory part of our daily work, but to achieve higher quality-oriented productivity.

Welding and bonding
Carl Wilhelm Cleff is certified to DIN EN 15085-2 at classification level CL 1, in the scopes of design as well as purchasing and supply of welded components. The welding production itself is carried out by a partner company that is likewise certified to CL 1.
For adhesive bonding in rail vehicle construction we are certified to DIN EN 17460 in class A1 – the highest class – for product design, process design, manufacture as well as purchasing, trade and assembly.
